I messaged customer service about my order ages it took before I heard anything back. I had to send another message first, which was a bit annoying because I just wanted a simple update.

When they finally replied, the answer was short and the problem not really fixed it was. Not the worst experience ever, but it definitely felt like they wasn’t too bothered about helping
